Programs
We customize service in three major areas:
- Leadership Assessment: Often, I help clients make the final
cut to fill a vacancy within their organization. This process involves
the use of an intricate personality assessment tool prior to an in-depth
personal interview. The executive responsible for filling the position
is welcome to attend the interview if he or she so desires. Each interview
is designed to fit the client's needs. It includes a special focus on
determining if the candidate will fit the client's unique business
culture. I give a verbal report to the management following the
interview.
- Executive Development: This is an ongoing process. I conduct
one-on-one sessions with individual members of the executive team to
help them become better leaders. Sometimes conflict resolution among
team members can be a significant part of this work. To aid in the
correct assessment of the executive's strengths we use a leadership feedback
instrument as well as a personality assessment. This instrument gives meaningful
feedback on how they are perceived by others in comparison to how they
see themselves.
- Team Building: As you know, adding a new person to an executive
team often creates tension and conflict which interferes with productivity.
We use a workshop to address this challenge. With the use of a behavior
based personality style instrument, I help team members discover and
understand their own style and how that style impacts communication
dynamics. We then work together to help each player understand not only
how valuable his or her individual style is but also how important the
styles of their fellow team members are. They learn what remarkable
achievements can occur when they appreciate each other's style
differences and work toward their common goals.
